Q: How do I pay for the bouncing castle?A: You have two options to pay, either cash on the day or my cheque 10 working days in advance of the installation date.
Q: What will I need to do before the inflatable arrives?A: Please ensure that the area is clean, level and free of any debris. All inflatables require grass for safe set up and need a connection to electricity within 15ft. The inflatable will be installed by Bounce King and you will be shown how to operate it safely on the day.
Q: How can I ensure the safety of children on the inflatable?A: Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure the safety of all children.
